Amazing hotel with excellent wifi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy snack bar. I fondly remember my first stay when the staff printed my boarding pass for me. I highly recommend trying the foot massages! I'm coming back for Christmas.

great hotel in a perfect and particularly good location close to the plaza. location not far from malls, bus terminal, restaurants, and drugstores, and pereira for a friends wedding. for shots visit parnaso bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

The front desk staff were accommodating, made my experience much more enjoyable.

The spacious rooms comfortably accommodated my large family, and the front desk staff really were really nice. We enjoyed our stay while exploring nearby attractions like the beautiful Parque Arboleda, great for families.

My wife says that some upgrades are needed in the common areas.
